Ingredients

  • 7 oz (200g) dry Lo Mein noodles
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 8 oz . (230g) shrimp
  • 6 oz . (175g) bok choy (sliced)
  • 8 oz . (175g) red bell pepper (sliced)
  • white sesame seeds
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Steps

  1. Cook the lo mein according to the package instructions. Rinse with cold water after cooking, drain, and set aside.

  2. Prepare the sauce in a small bowl and stir to combine well. Set aside.

  3. Heat a skillet over high heat and add the cooking oil. Sauté the garlic, then add the shrimp and stir-fry until the surface turns white. Add the bok choy and red bell pepper, and stir to combine well.

  4. Add the sauce to the skillet and stir to mix with the ingredients. Transfer the lo mein into the skillet, stir to coat well with the sauce, and combine with the other ingredients. Top the lo mein with white sesame seeds and serve hot.
