- 4 cups boneless skinless chicken breasts, (cooked and shredded)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, (minced)
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup chunky salsa, (or salsa verde)
- 1/4 cup chicken broth, (more if needed)
- flour tortillas
- 1 lime, (juiced)

Rotisserie Chicken (storebought)
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil. Add the garlic, and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add the shredded chicken, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Cook for 1 more minute.
Stir the salsa, chicken broth, and the juice of one lime into the chicken mixture.
Stir and heat through for about 5 minutes.
Season with additional salt if needed.
Serve in warm tortillas with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
