Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 links fresh chorizo (chicken chorizo or turkey kielbasa also works, sliced)
  • 6 red potatoes (halved)
  • 3 Bay leaves
  • ½ tablespoon less sodium Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 -½ cups water
  • 12 littleneck clams
  • 2 clusters snow crab legs (split)
  • 12 jumbo shrimp (with shells)
  • 2 ears corn (halved)
  • lemon and fresh parsley (for serving)

Steps

  1. Spray a large, heavy bottom pot (dutch oven) with cooking spray and add chorizo. Cook until it begins to brown and caramelize, about 5 minutes. Set aside.

  2. Add potatoes, bay leaves and 1-½ cups water. Cover and cook on medium heat until the potatoes are just about tender. About 15 minutes. Add old bay and stir.

  3. Add crab legs, cover and cook 5 minutes then add the chorizo, clams, shrimp and corn, cook until clams open and shrimp is opaque; about 5 to 6 minutes. Serve with lemon and fresh parsley, for garnish.
