- 1 ¼ cups mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dried chives (or 1 tablespoon fresh)
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or 1 tablespoon fresh)
- ½ teaspoon dried dill (or 2 teaspoons fresh)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup milk (or buttermilk, or as needed)
Steps

In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, chives, parsley, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt.

Add milk or buttermilk, 1 tablespoon at a time, to reach the desired consistency. Taste and season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
