Quick and Easy Fast Fish Tacos

- 1 pound boneless and skinless tilapia fillets, (cut into 2 inch pieces, rinsed and patted dry)
- olive oil, salt and pepper
- ¾ cup sour cream
- ¾ cup + 2 tablespoons fresh salsa
- 12 medium corn or flour tortillas, (warmed)
- 1½ cups shredded cabbage
- Optional garnishes: cheese, cilantro, lime, avocado
Steps
Heat the broiler, with rack in highest position.
Place the fish on a rimmed baking sheet; drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Broil until the fish is lightly browned on top, 5 to 10 minutes, until the flesh is opaque throughout.
Meanwhile in a small bowl, mix the sour cream with 2 tablespoons of salsa.
Divide the fish evenly among the tortillas and top with shredded cabbage, sour cream and fresh salsa.
