Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 tbsp pomegranate molasses
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard ((or English mustard, not hot))
  • 1 tbsp honey ((or 2 tsp sugar, any))
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt + pepper

Steps

  1. Place all ingredients in a jar and shake well. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Store for 3+ weeks in the fridge in an airtight container.
