Ingredients

8 servings
  • 3 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Madeira wine
  • 3 medium garlic cloves, (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • One 8-ounce can pineapple tidbits

Steps

  1. If the wings are not already prepared, cut off the tips and discard. Cut the remaining wings in half. Place in a Pyrex baking dish.

  2. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the wings. Let marinate for several hours. When ready to cook, place the wings in a large baking pan.

  3. Bake in a 325℉ oven for 1 hour, then broil on both sides until crispy.
