Polynesian Chicken Wings
These make a nice protein option when serving appetizers.

- 3 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup soy sauce
- ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ¼ cup Madeira wine
- 3 medium garlic cloves, (minced)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- One 8-ounce can pineapple tidbits
Steps
If the wings are not already prepared, cut off the tips and discard. Cut the remaining wings in half. Place in a Pyrex baking dish.
Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the wings. Let marinate for several hours. When ready to cook, place the wings in a large baking pan.
Bake in a 325℉ oven for 1 hour, then broil on both sides until crispy.
