Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted shelled pistachios ( halves and pieces, divided)
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • 1½ cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Steps

  1. Combine the sugar and ½ cup of pistachios in a food processor. Pulse and blend until fine crumbs form.
