Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple
  • 1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ⅓ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Steps

  1. Combine the pineapple, lemon juice, sugar, salt, vanilla, and milk in a blender. Puree until smooth. Add the cream and pulse to combine.

  2. Pour into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Transfer the finished ice cream to an airtight container and place in the freezer until ready to serve.
