Pineapple Chicken Tacos
Pineapple chicken tacos are one of those oddly amazing combinations (looking at you, sweet and savory) that I just can't stop thinking about.

- 1½ pounds Teriyaki Chicken
- 2 cups fresh pineapple (cut into ½-1 inch pieces)
- 1 cup romaine lettuce (shredded and roughly chopped)
- ½ cup fresh tomatoes (diced small)
- 2 g reen onions (sliced thin)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella or Monterrey jack cheese
- small flour tortillas
- Teriyaki Sauce (for serving)
Steps
Warm the tortillas and then layer with chicken, pineapple, lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, and a sprinkling of cheese. Drizzle with additional teriyaki sauce, if desired.
