Pan-Fried Potatoes
Tossed with Italian herbs and olive oil, this simple pan-fried potato dish is going to be a new dinner favorite. Serve them for breakfast or alongside a hearty dinner!

- 4 russet potatoes (cubed)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 spring of rosemary (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Steps
Preheat your skillet to medium high heat.
In a bowl add you potatoes, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Toss everything to coat in the seasonings.
Add to your skillet and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until tender and crispy.
