- In a container with a lid, mix instant oats with yogurt and liquid milk. Stir well then cover tightly. Store in the refrigerator overnight.
- Each, divide the fruit into 4 parts. Set aside.
- Prepare a serving bowl or glass. Add 1/4 of the oats that have been left overnight. Put 1 piece of fruit. Cover with another 1/4 of the oats. Then top with 1 piece of fruit and sprinkle with chia seeds. Repeat this step until all the oats and fruit are used up.
- Ready to be served.
