Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon granulated white sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • One 8-ounce bag fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 1½ cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
  • 1½ cups halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup thinly sliced radishes
  • 8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 8 ounces bacon, (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, (toasted)

Steps

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the dressing ingredients, and heat over low heat until the sugar has dissolved.  Remove from heat.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the salad ingredients (except sesame seeds).  Toss with the dressing, and then sprinkle in the sesame seeds.  Serve!
