Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 big lobster claws
  • 2 ripe and big mangoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • sweet basil leaves (chopped)

Steps

  1. Boil the lobster claws in hot water for 10-15 minutes, or until fully cooked. Remove the lobster meat from the shells and cut it into small pieces. Peel, slice, and remove the seeds from the mangoes, then cut the mangoes into small cubes.

  2. Place the mangoes and lobster in a bowl. Add the cream, honey, lemon juice, and chopped sweet basil. Mix well, then cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
