Ingredients

- 7 ounces sweetened condensed milk ((exactly half of a standard 14-ounce can))
- ½ cup fresh lime juice (about 6 large lime's worth)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

In a large bowl, whisk together the condensed milk and the lime juice until completely smooth.

Add the cream, milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Whisk to combine. Pour into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
