Lemon Tart with a Buttery Shortbread Crust

Ingredients
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 ½ cup flour
- ¾ cup unsalted butter (sliced)
- 1 recipe perfect lemon curd
Steps

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a food processor, add the ½ cup powdered sugar, 1 ½ cup flour, and ¾ cup unsalted butter. Pulse until combined.

Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch tart pan and poke the bottom of the crust with a fork.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool the crust.

Make 1 recipe perfect lemon curd.

Pour into the bottom of the shortbread crust. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight until set.
