  1. Mix wheat flour, rice flour, tapioca flour, sugar, baking powder and vanilla, mix well, set aside.
  2. In a different container, mix the eggs, liquid milk and melted margarine. Stir well.
  3. Add the liquid ingredients to the flour ingredients while stirring gently until all the ingredients are mixed and there are no lumps. If necessary, filter.
  4. Heat Teflon over low heat.
  5. Take 1 tablespoon of vegetable mixture, pour it onto the Teflon, spread it evenly until it is evenly thin.
  6. Wait until it is half cooked, then add sprinkles, cheese and liquid milk on top.
  7. Fold the lekker forward until it resembles a half circle. Lift. Serve.
  8. Don't add too much topping, because it will affect the leker cake, the leker will quickly become soft.
