Instructions
- Mix wheat flour, rice flour, tapioca flour, sugar, baking powder and vanilla, mix well, set aside.
- In a different container, mix the eggs, liquid milk and melted margarine. Stir well.
- Add the liquid ingredients to the flour ingredients while stirring gently until all the ingredients are mixed and there are no lumps. If necessary, filter.
- Heat Teflon over low heat.
- Take 1 tablespoon of vegetable mixture, pour it onto the Teflon, spread it evenly until it is evenly thin.
- Wait until it is half cooked, then add sprinkles, cheese and liquid milk on top.
- Fold the lekker forward until it resembles a half circle. Lift. Serve.
- Don't add too much topping, because it will affect the leker cake, the leker will quickly become soft.
