- Boil the dangmyeon until cooked, drain and add sesame oil, stock powder, sweet soy sauce and salty soy sauce. Set aside.
- Heat cooking oil, saute the onions and garlic until fragrant, add a little water, salt, sugar and pepper.
- Add carrots, shiitake mushrooms, red peppers and kyuri. Add spring onions and cook until wilted.
- Just before removing, add the spinach leaves and egg yolk, mix well then turn off the stove.
- Mix the stir-fried vegetables with dangmyeon and toasted sesame, stir until everything is evenly mixed. Serve.
- Don't boil the dangmyeon (Korean glass noodles) for too long so they don't expand too much.
