  1. Boil the dangmyeon until cooked, drain and add sesame oil, stock powder, sweet soy sauce and salty soy sauce. Set aside.
  2. Heat cooking oil, saute the onions and garlic until fragrant, add a little water, salt, sugar and pepper.
  3. Add carrots, shiitake mushrooms, red peppers and kyuri. Add spring onions and cook until wilted.
  4. Just before removing, add the spinach leaves and egg yolk, mix well then turn off the stove.
  5. Mix the stir-fried vegetables with dangmyeon and toasted sesame, stir until everything is evenly mixed. Serve.
  6. Don't boil the dangmyeon (Korean glass noodles) for too long so they don't expand too much.
