Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • juice of one lemon
  • 2 g arlic cloves (minced)
  • 3 g arlic cloves (whole)
  • chopped parsley for garnish

Steps

  1. Salt and pepper the shrimp. In a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add in the juice from one lemon.

  2. Add in the minced garlic and garlic cloves.

  3. Add the shrimp and cook in the garlic butter for 3-4 minutes or until shrimp is opaque.

  4. Garnish with chopped parsley.
