Ice Cream French Toast
This delightfully crisp edged, custardy French toast only needs three ingredients; melted ice cream, Brioche bread, and butter. It is utterly perfect and so easy to make!

Ingredients
- 1 cup custard-style ice cream, melted (any flavor will work)
- 4 slices Brioche bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- maple syrup
- whipped cream
- berries
- bananas
- ice cream
Steps

Scoop the ice cream onto a plate and allow it to thaw at room temperature. Alternatively, you can warm it in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Stir smooth.

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a non-stick skillet over low heat. Swirl to coat the pan. Place a slice of bread in the ice cream and turn to coat both sides. Transfer the bread to the hot skillet. Repeat with a second slice of bread.

Allow the bread to cook for about 2 minutes, then flip and cook the other side of each slice for about 2 minutes more.

Transfer the cooked French toast to a plate and repeat the cooking process with the remaining butter and bread. Serve the last slices on the plate that held the melted ice cream.

Serve warm with the toppings of your choice.
