  • 1 ½ tablespoons hot water
  • 3 tablespoons pengawet aprikot
  • 1 salted pickled plum
  • ½ teaspoon liquid from salted pickled plum jar
  • 1/8 teaspoon kecap
  • 1/4 teaspoon cuka beras

Steps

  1. Dalam mangkuk kecil, campur gula dan air panas hingga gula larut. Tambahkan pengawet aprikot.

  2. Buang bijinya dari acar plum dan tambahkan ke dalam mangkuk. Plumnya sangat lembut dan akan hancur. Kemudian tambahkan ½ sendok teh cairan dari toples acar plum, kecap asin dan cuka beras.

  3. Campur semuanya dengan garpu hingga saus bebek tercampur rata. Diamkan saus selama 5 menit dan aduk kembali.
