Ingredients

- 1¼ cups heavy cream
- 1¼ cup whole milk
- ⅔ cup sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup grape nut cereal
Steps

Whisk together the cream, milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Pour into the ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. When the ice cream is almost finished churning, add the grape nuts.

Serve immediately for soft-serve ice cream or transfer the finished ice cream to an airtight container and place in the freezer until ready to serve.
