- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3 g reen onions (sliced)
Steps
Combine all marinade ingredients in a small bowl or freezer bag.
Add beef, chicken or pork. Marinate 2-4 hours.
