Garlic Ranch Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 pound cubed chicken, (1 inch squares)
- 1 package dry ranch dressing mix
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 diced red bell pepper, (1 inch pieces)
- 1 diced yellow bell pepper, (1 inch pieces)
- 1 diced red onion, (1 inch pieces)
- 1 slice d zucchini
- Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Foil
- 4 -5 wooden skewers
Steps

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. In a large bowl whisk together the 1 package dry ranch dressing mix, ½ cup olive oil, ¼ cup apple cider vinegar, and 3 cloves minced garlic.

Add the 1 pound cubed chicken, 1 diced red bell pepper, 1 diced yellow bell pepper, 1 diced red onion, and 1 sliced zucchini to the bowl and toss to coat.

Lay down a sheet of Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Foil with the dull side up. Thread the chicken and vegetables onto the 4-5 wooden skewers. Lay them evenly across the foil. Fold up the edges and tightly close around the skewers.

Place the foil pack on the fire or grill. Let grill on each side about 5-7 minutes, or until chicken is cooked throughout and no longer pink.
