Ingredients

- ½ cup butter (softened)
- 1 ½ teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 ½ tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (any combination of basil, oregano, dill, rosemary)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Steps

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.

Place on a piece of plastic wrap and roll into a log. Twist ends to seal well.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
