Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons salted butter (melted )
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 8 oz (230g) baby spinach
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Steps
Heat a skillet and add the butter. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the spinach, followed by the salt and lemon juice. Stir to combine well.
As soon as the spinach leaves begin to wilt, turn off the heat and transfer the mixture to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh lemon wedges and serve immediately.
