Ingredients
- 3 sheets of nori
- ¼ cup white sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons bonito flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon dried shrimp (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon ichimi togarashi (optional)
- 2 teaspoons dried shiso leaves (optional)
- ½ teaspoon wasabi powder (optional)
Steps

Add the white sesame seeds to a skillet and heat over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously, until the seeds begin to become golden brown and fragrant.
