Easy Salmon Croquettes

Ingredients
- ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ chopped green bell pepper
- ½ chopped red bell pepper
- 3 (5-ounce) canned salmon (drained)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 large lightly beaten egg
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- 1 -2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Add ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs and ¼ cup all-purpose flour to a bowl and mix. Add ½ chopped green bell pepper, ½ chopped red bell pepper, 3 (5-ounce) canned salmon, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper, 1 large lightly beaten egg ¼ cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, and ¼ cup chopped cilantro. Mix until incorporated.

Shape into 6-8 patties and heat 1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
