Ingredients

  • ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ chopped green bell pepper
  • ½ chopped red bell pepper
  • 3 (5-ounce) canned salmon (drained)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 large lightly beaten egg
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 -2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Steps

  1. Add ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs and ¼ cup all-purpose flour to a bowl and mix. Add ½ chopped green bell pepper, ½ chopped red bell pepper, 3 (5-ounce) canned salmon, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper, 1 large lightly beaten egg ¼ cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, and ¼ cup chopped cilantro. Mix until incorporated.

  2. Shape into 6-8 patties and heat 1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add patties to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
