Crockpot Shredded Chicken
Crockpot shredded chicken is my favorite way to make an easy lunch, dinner, or snack.

Ingredients
8 servings
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (average 7 ounces each)
- ½ onion (sliced ½" thick)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ teaspoon seasoned salt (or to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning (or to taste)
- fresh herbs (a few sprigs)
Steps

In the bottom of crock pot, layer onion, chicken breast, seasonings and herbs. Add broth.

Cook on high for 2 ½ - 3 hours (or on low for 5-6 hours).

Using 2 forks, shred chicken. Stir in some of the juices/broth.
