Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 bone-in chicken breasts (skin removed), (about 30 ounces)
  • dash of pepper
  • paprika, (to taste)
  • One 20-ounce can pineapple tidbits in juice, (drained)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 large garlic clove, (minced)

Steps

  1. Arrange the chicken in the bottom of the crockpot insert. Sprinkle with pepper and paprika. In a small bowl, combine the drained pineapple tidbits, mustard, soy sauce and garlic. Pour over the chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.

  2. Remove the chicken from the crockpot and serve immediately. For serving: serve alongside potatoes, or shred the chicken and serve it over rice. Drizzle the juices over.
