Cranberry Cheesecake Topping
This easy cranberry cheesecake topping can be made well ahead of time and adds a delicious sweet & tart flavor to any dessert, pancake or even yogurt!

Ingredients
2 servings
- 12 ounces cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 lemon (zested)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
Steps

Squeeze 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice from the lemon.

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
