Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 lb Imitation Crab, (flaked)
  • 1/3 cup Celery, (finely diced)
  • 2 tbsp Shallot, (finely diced)
  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Dill
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper, (optional)

Steps

  1. Add the crab to a large bowl and use a fork to flake the pieces apart. Add the diced celery and diced shallot.

  2. In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, seasonings, and herbs. Whisk to combine.

  3. Pour the dressing mixture over the crab ingredients and mix well.

  4. Serve immediately, or cover and chill until ready to use.

  5. Sprinkle with fresh parsley or dill for garnish if desired.

  6. Serve as is, on a bun, with crackers, on lettuce, in a croissant, any way you like!
