  • 6 bakery-style chocolate chip cookies (chopped into approximately ¾-inch pieces, about 2 cups worth)

Steps

  1. Combine the cream, milk, sugars, salt, and vanilla extract in a large bowl and whisk to combine. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
