Resep Cupcake Coklat dan Lemon
These cakes are a huge trend, similar to the popularity of Cupcakes Fever games and the DC Cupcakes TV series. They're beautifully decorated, personal-sized cakes with lots of toppings that are both stunning and incredibly delicious.

- 1. Preheat oven to 180°C 2. Beat butter, sugar, vanilla until pale. 3. Add eggs. Beat again until mixed well and fluffy. 4. Add the sifted flour and baking powder mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix well with a spatula. 5. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. 6. Chocolate Cupcake: Take 1 part of the cupcake batter. Mix all the additional ingredients for the chocolate cupcake into it. Stir well. 7. Lemon Cupcake: Take 1 part of the cupcake batter. Mix all the additional ingredients for the lemon cupcake into it. Stir well. 8. Prepare cupcake molds or cups. Fill with mixture until 3/4 of the mold is full. 9. Put in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked. Remove and cool. Set aside.
- 1. Mix whipped cream powder with boiled water. Stir well. Set aside. 2. Beat the white butter with a mixer on medium speed until slightly soft. 3. Add the soft cream then beat again until smooth. 4. Add the powdered whipcream mixture little by little while shaking. 5. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Keep beating until soft. Buttercream is ready to use. 6. Divide the buttercream into 2 parts. Set aside 1 part for the lemon cupcake topping. 7. Chocolate buttercream: Take 1 part buttercream. Mix the additional ingredients for the chocolate buttercream into it. Stir well.
- 1. In a non-stick frying pan/pan, combine lemon juice, grated zest and sugar. Heat while stirring until the sugar dissolves. 2. Add butter/margarine. Stir again until foamy. If the color has changed to a more yellowish color, immediately turn off the heat and remove from heat.
- 1. Top with chocolate buttercream for the chocolate cupcakes. 2. Top with white buttercream for the lemon cupcakes. Drizzle with lemon sauce on top. 3. Ready to serve.
- 1. If you don't have caster sugar for cupcakes, you can get around this by briefly blending the granulated sugar until smooth. 2. This basic cupcake recipe can be made into several flavors. As in this recipe, it is made into 2 flavors, namely chocolate and lemon. 3. If the resulting buttercream is not sweet enough, you can add more sweetened condensed milk. 4. Decorate the buttercream directly using a cream knife or plastic triangle with a syringe.
