Chicken Rollatini

Ingredients
- 8 irisan daging ayam tipis (masing-masing 3 ons)
- 4 2.8 oz slices thin lean prosciutto, sliced in half
- 4 slices Sargento reduced fat provolone or mozzarella (sliced in half)
- 1/2 cup whole wheat Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Romano cheese (or parmesan)
- 1 lemon (juice of)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- lada segar
- 1/4 red onion (sliced)
- olive oil non-stick spray
Steps

Cuci dan keringkan irisan daging dengan handuk kertas.

Campurkan remah roti dan keju parut dalam satu mangkuk dan minyak zaitun, jus lemon, dan merica di mangkuk lain.

Preheat oven to 450°.

Semprotkan sedikit loyang dengan semprotan anti lengket.

Celupkan ayam ke dalam campuran minyak lemon, lalu ke tepung panir agar terlapisi dengan baik.

Letakkan setiap potongan daging di atas permukaan kerja seperti talenan dan taruh 1/2 potong prosciutto, 1/2 potong keju, dan beberapa potong bawang merah di satu sisi potongan daging ayam.

Gulung dan letakkan sisi jahitan menghadap ke bawah di loyang (tidak perlu tusuk gigi). Ulangi dengan sisa ayam.

Setelah selesai, taburi dengan sisa remah dan semprotkan sedikit minyak.

Bake 25 - 30 minutes.
