Cheesecake Cupcakes
Kue mangkuk Cheesecake yang mudah dibuat dengan krim keju, yogurt Yunani dengan kulit wafer vanilla di atasnya diberi stroberi dan blueberry.

Ingredients
- 12 reduced-fat vanilla wafers
- 8 ounces cream cheese (1/3 fat, softened)
- 1/4 cup gula
- 1 tsp vanila
- 6 ounces fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt (I used Chobani)
- 2 large egg whites
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 8 oz stroberi (dikupas dan diiris tipis)
- 8 oz blueberry
Steps

Heat oven to 350F.

Lapisi loyang cupcake 12 cangkir dengan liner. Tempatkan wafer vanilla di bagian bawah setiap liner.

Dalam mangkuk besar, kocok perlahan krim keju, gula, dan vanila hingga halus menggunakan mixer listrik.

Kocok yogurt, putih telur, dan tepung secara bertahap. Jangan memukul secara berlebihan.

Pour into cupcake liners filling half way.

Bake 20-25 minutes or until center is almost set.

Dinginkan hingga suhu ruang lalu dinginkan minimal 1 jam di lemari es.

Sebelum disajikan, taburi dengan stroberi segar dan blueberry.
