  1. Mix the flour, yeast and vanilla, stir well then set aside.
  2. Beat eggs and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add the flour mixture and stir well. Add grated cheese, stir well. Pour in the boiled coconut milk little by little, stirring until evenly mixed. Let the dough rest for 45 minutes, stir again for 15 minutes, let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat the pukis cake mold, grease with cooking oil. Pour the mixture until it is full, cook until the surface of the mixture starts to solidify, close the mold. Cook until cooked and the bottom skin is browned.
  4. Do this until all the dough is used up.
