Ingredients

- 2 (12.5-ounce) cans premium chunk chicken breast, (or 2 cups shredded chicken)
- 1 cup seedless red grapes, (cut in half)
- 1 finely chopped apple
- 1 cup salted cashews
- ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
- ½ cup reduced fat mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste

In a medium-sized mixing bowl combine the 2 (12.5-ounce) cans premium chunk chicken breast, 1 cup seedless red grapes, 1 finely chopped apple, 1 cup salted cashews, ¼ cup finely chopped red onion, ½ cup reduced fat mayonnaise, and salt and pepper to taste.
