  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, (cut in half)
  • 1 finely chopped apple
  • 1 cup salted cashews
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
  • ½ cup reduced fat mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl combine the 2 (12.5-ounce) cans premium chunk chicken breast, 1 cup seedless red grapes, 1 finely chopped apple, 1 cup salted cashews, ¼ cup finely chopped red onion, ½ cup reduced fat mayonnaise, and salt and pepper to taste.
