Resep Pop Cake
Instead of just slicing or dicing, present the cake in a more unique and eye-catching way – make it pop! Create balls, skewer them, and decorate them beautifully.

Instructions
- In a container, put the crushed cake/cake/cookies.
- Add the butter cream/cream cheese/jam/ganache/skm little by little while stirring until cake dough can be formed. Make sure the dough is not too hard or soft.
- Shape the dough into small balls.
- Store the cake balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until set or solid.
- Prepare the melted chocolate and skewer the cake.
- Dip one end of the skewer into the chocolate, then stick it into the cake ball. Do this until you run out or all the cake has been pierced. Store the cake back in the refrigerator for a few moments.
- Prepare the melted chocolate again.
- Dip the cake in melted chocolate. Use a circular motion with the skewer until the entire surface of the cake ball is covered in chocolate.
- Decorate with candy sprinkles or fondant. Leave for a moment until the chocolate hardens.
- Ready to be served.
- 1. Only melt chocolate when you are going to use it. For example, when inserting a cake or when dressing the surface of the cake. Chocolate easily hardens again and clumps if not used straight away. 2. During the processing process, the cake is stored briefly in the refrigerator several times so that the cake remains solid and does not crumble easily.
