- Add sweetened condensed milk, sugar syrup and vanilla extract. Beat again until evenly mixed, then increase the speed to medium-high speed. At this stage, you can add a little sugar at a time if the frosting is not dense enough or a little heavy cream if it is too thick.
- Once the consistency is right, the butter cream is ready to use.
