Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 roll refrigerated pizza dough (or ½ pound homemade pizza dough)
- ¾ cup blue cheese dressing (divided, or ranch dressing)
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced red onion
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 g reen onion (thinly sliced)
Steps

Place a baking sheet or pizza stone in the oven. Preheat the oven to 475°F.

Roll out the pizza dough to a 14-inch circle on a piece of parchment paper.

Spread ½ cup of dressing over the pizza dough.

Toss the chicken with buffalo sauce and spread it over the dough with the sliced red onion.

Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.

Transfer the pizza to the preheated baking sheet or pizza stone and bake for 15-18 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro and green onion. Drizzle with the remaining dressing.
