Ingredients

4 servings
  • One 12x9-inch piece lavash flatbread
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 tablespoons Frank's Hot Sauce
  • 1 tablespoons unsalted butter, (melted)
  • ¾ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • ½ cup finely chopped fresh spinach
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese salad dressing

Steps

  1. Make sure your oven rack is in the lower-middle position, and pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees F. Lay the lavash on a rimmed baking sheet, and brush both sides of the lavash with olive oil.

  2. Bake the lavash for 3 to 4 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove the lavash from the oven and let it cool.

  3. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, hot sauce and melted butter.

  4. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the cooled lavash. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the cheese. Sprinkle with spinach.

  5. Bake until the cheese is melted and the chicken is warmed through, 4 to 6 minutes.

  6. Let the lavash cool slightly, then transfer it to a cutting board and cut it into 8 pieces. Drizzle blue cheese dressing on top.
