Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 large brownies (crumbled)
  • Stir ins: 3 large brownies (chopped into 1/2" pieces, about 2 cups worth)

Steps

  1. Add the milk, cream, vanilla, sugar, and salt to a blender pitcher. Add enough crumbled brownies to fill the pitcher to the 4-cup mark. Blend until smooth.
