  1. Whisk together the cream, milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's directions. While the ice cream is churning, chop the brownies into very small 1/2-inch pieces. Place the jam in a small bowl and whisk for a moment until it is smooth and pourable.

  2. When the ice cream has finished churning, transfer half of it to a large air-tight container. Add 1/2 of the chunks of brownies and drizzle with half of the jam.
