Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper (freshly ground )

Steps

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk until emulsified. Add the chicken to the bowl and gently toss to coat it in the marinade.

  2. Cover and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes- 1 hour, or cover and transfer to the fridge to marinate for up to 5 hours.
