Resep Telur Puyuh Balado
This Minang-style sambal can be made with almost any ingredient, including quail eggs. First, fry the eggs until they’re slightly dry and wrinkled to ensure the sambal adheres perfectly.

Instructions
- Boil cayenne pepper and red chili until soft. Grind it with other ground spices.
- Heat the oil. Saute ground spices until fragrant.

- Add coconut milk, pepper, salt, brown sugar and sweet soy sauce. Stir well and cook until the coconut milk boils.
- Add quail eggs. Cook until the sauce reduces and thickens. Lift.

- 1. So that the eggs peel perfectly, peel the eggs when they are cold after boiling. 2. If you like balado eggs that are crispy on the outside, you can fry the quail eggs briefly until the shell is slightly wrinkled.
