  1. Boil cayenne pepper and red chili until soft. Grind it with other ground spices.
  2. Heat the oil. Saute ground spices until fragrant.
  3. Add galangal, bay leaves and lime leaves. Mix well
  4. Add coconut milk, pepper, salt, brown sugar and sweet soy sauce. Stir well and cook until the coconut milk boils.
  5. Add quail eggs. Cook until the sauce reduces and thickens. Lift.
  6. Ready to be served.
