Baby Bok Choy with Shrimp
Baby Bok Choy with Shrimp - healthy and easy baby bok choy recipe stir fried with garlic, shrimp and salt. This recipe calls for only 3 ingredients and takes 8 minutes to make!

- 4 oz (120g) bok choy (or baby bok choy, cleaned and rinsed)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/4 cup baby shrimps (peeled)
- 3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
Steps
Heat up a wok with the cooking oil and sauté the chopped garlic until light brown or aromatic. Add the baby shrimp and stir-fry until they are half-cooked.
Add a pinch of salt to the shrimp, followed by the baby bok choy. Quickly stir-fry the vegetables until they are tender. Dish out and serve hot.
