Ingredients
- 1 pound center cut salmon (skin removed)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes. Place in a medium bowl. Top with the mustard, honey, soy sauce, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to evenly coat. Line your air fryer basket with parchment paper.
