Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs (5-6 oz each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika (or sweet paprika)
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano

Steps

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.

  2. Combine the seasoning mix in a small bowl.

  3. Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel. Place them in a medium bowl and toss with olive oil. Sprinkle both sides generously with seasoning.

  4. Place chicken thighs in the basket, skin-side down, and cook for 12 minutes. Flip them over and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F.

  5. Transfer the chicken to a place and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
