Whipped Goat Cheese and Ricotta Dip
A simple cheese dip that is perfect for serving with vegetables and fruit.

- 8 ounces goat cheese
- 1 cup good quality whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest ((plus more, for garnishing))
- 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey ((plus more, for garnishing))
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt ((plus more, for garnishing))
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper ((plus more, for garnishing))
Steps
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the wire whisk attachment, whip the goat cheese and ricotta together on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes, or until light and airy. Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, salt and black pepper, and whip again for another minute.
Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl or platter and garnish with a generous drizzle of honey, lemon zest, salt and black pepper.
